Season 2 has wrapped up for 2021, but I wanted to replay some of the favorite episodes from our past 2 seasons to hold you over until 2022.
This episode on Detachment from season 1 currently holds the record of highest number of downloads. I am reading about Detachment from the Al Anon literature and talking about the tools and rules that are offered as a way to let go and find peace. These lessons have been a foundation in my Soul Recovery, and I believe are valuable to anyone wanting healthier relationships.

We allow the alcoholics in our lives to experience the consequences of their own actions.
