You need support, no one can do this alone and if you feel that you are alone, know you are not and you never will be.
I promise you that you have at least 1 person in your life who you can absolutely count on to support you if you allow them, key word there "Allow" them to do so.
Like many women especially mothers I find it hard to ask for help. Because that means im failing right?
Wrong. Your human and humans need a tribe.
I am creating a beautiful tribe around me full of deep connections from all round the world and feeling supported and held in this space means I can go even harder in my journey and development!
Take away... allow yourself to be seen, heard and held at the deepest level.
