Description

In this episode:

In today’s episode of the Career Change Maker podcast, I’m talking about moving past negative work experiences. In my work as a career coach, my clients share with me their end goal and where they ideally want to be, but there are often roadblocks and resistance in getting there. This feeling of resistance often stems from negative past work experiences which leave a lasting impact on your confidence.

In this episode, we look at how holding on to past experience can affect the way you move forward in three main ways. I’ll talk you through an example of how to look at your past and ask yourself what you can learn from that experience. You cannot change the past, but you can learn from it and determine your own future.
