“Leaders are born, not made?” A very interesting starting premise in which TPI speaks further on the topic of “Self Concept”. Pulling in parts of different people which you really like and could use personally. People develop to become a leader, developing your own authentic leadership style. Don’t just stand in admiration of a person, pull that quality that you really like and incorporate that into your own life and leadership style. Leadership is not self-conscious, you should be in flow. It is based in character-integrity. Leadership is first being, then doing and lastly by definition it is being an innovator.
