This comprehensive system is primarily targeted for leaders that are responsible for their teams/organizations performance outcomes. At the core of this system are People. People are a key to Performance- People have more potential than they are using. IF you could tap into that potential, we could increase performance. A significant barrier which holds people back is their “Thinking”. If you are going to have performance outcomes, you need to also look at the Culture, the Design of the Organization and Leadership. All these ingredients impact people’s performance.
