On this episode, I am talking to Kathy from Bliss Beyond Naptime, where she teaches moms to coach other moms through a 12-week certification program to become a coach. Sometimes you can feel like your life is like looking outside during wildfire season and seeing nothing but smoke. It is difficult to get clarity and as a result, you may feel anxious or fearful. Kathy has one question that you can ask yourself to get clarity. Kathy also uses the term "mama bliss" often. I had her explain to us what mama bliss means and how to achieve mama bliss in our own lives. Kathy has a great acronym for remembering self-care.
