It is a daily task for me to not feel overwhelmed. Not being able to do all the tasks that I use to be able to do, puts me in a state of depression, high anxiety, and feeling lost. Trying to find my way is a daily new journey for me.
There are things that helps me get out of that feeling. Controlled breathing, riding my tricycle, planting and potting plants, feeding my birds, taking care of my fur babies <3 are just some of the things that help me get through the day. It is hard at times to remind myself that there is great things that I can do. Stop thinking about the things I no longer can do, but what I can do to make my day a better day :)
