Today’s conversation is about Belonging and RP’s efforts to contribute to a national conversation about diversity, inclusion and creating a workplace where everyone belongs. Let’s listen in as our host, Dr. Rich Heller, talks with RP co-founder and COO, Dr. Anthony Gabriel, and RP Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development, Tara McKennie, about this important topic.

• Tara also talked about RP Relate, a one-hour check-in held every other Friday and led by RP’s head executive coach, Matt Auron. Each month, there are dedicated sessions to the topic of Belonging.
