Today is my final commute to the company where I’ve spent nearly my entire professional career.
This isn’t just the last drive to work—it’s the closing of a chapter that began in my early twenties and carried me through buying a home, raising a family, hurricanes, promotions, friendships, challenges, and more memories than I could possibly count.
In this episode, I reflect on what those three decades have meant, why I’m excited for what’s next, and why this isn’t really goodbye—it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
Thank you to everyone who has ridden shotgun with me on these morning drives. Whether you’ve listened to one episode or every episode, you’ve been part of this journey.
The commute may be ending…
…but the conversation isn’t.
