This enabled him to rapidly advance within the business. He highlights the adjustments he made to understand the civilian mindset and the qualifications that facilitated his entry into this sector.
Mark is a strong advocate for the Royal Engineer Association, having been involved with multiple branches and supporting them. He highly recommends this organisation to all service leavers or equivalent branches for the other services, to maintain a connection to their time in service.
