Water makes up over 70% of the human body. It's so important to hydrate, and the fellas talk about why it's so important and the failures they encounter trying to stay hydrated.

And don't forget nutrition, everyone knows you need to eat right. The dudes dig into making the right decisions when eating.  Moderation is always key!
