Welcome to the Trailer for my New Show Essential Change: The Podcast. In my 30 plus years of nursing experience, I have developed methods that create a hybrid and coordination between the different helping professions that serve those who have persistent trouble. The keyword is Persistent. My focus is not to say that any discipline or approach is lacking but that some need a more varied approach and more active participation between the disciplines. This podcast looks to bring the views( together) between the Medical, Social, correctional, legal, and sometimes spiritual communities and add an Assisted motivational component that can provide a more efficient method of helping those who may fall through the cracks.
I will actively seek out the opinions of professionals in all the helping professionals through interviews and the promotion of their work and accomplishments and ask you to refer the same to us for this podcast.
