So, I did a thing. A few weeks back at the doctor's office I formally declined being weighed. I know, I know, that probably doesn't seem like that big of a deal. But for me it felt like a huge power move. A way to take back power that had been given away long ago. 

The ironic thing was that just a couple days later, I hopped on my own scale. This week I share why I did and what I learned.
