Knee Pain From Running

Who knew we were going to get hit with the Corona Virus? Those of us who exercise were caught in a squeeze. How do we maintain our sanity when we are unable to do our normal exercise routines? You should ice it as well. Rest would go a long way to helping ease the pain. Did you stop and stretch before and after you run? Have you changed out your running shoes lately? Did you properly hydrate before and after your run? If you
