Two of the The Endurance Edge dietitians, Chris and Amber, teamed up for this Find Your Edge podcast to discuss nutrition tips for a healthy holiday.  Did you know that the "average American" gains weight during the holiday season (shocker, I know)? One study examined this, and found that the participants gained, on average, about 1 pound.  Doesn't seem like much, right? The problem is that the gain is not reversed in the spring and summer months. Over time, this can add up!  In order to prevent this weight gain and focus on health, we offer some of our favorite nutrition tips.
