Kris Clack is a basketball legend in Austin, TX. He was the 1st McDonald's All-American from the ATX after a storied career at Anderson High School, Austin Texas in which he led the Trojans to back-to-back appearances in the 4A state title game.
In fact, Clack had his jersey retired at Anderson High School, Austin Texas
He played four seasons for the Texas Longhorns scoring 1592 points and grabbed 771 rebounds. Clack was selected 55th overall in the 1999 NBA Draft and spent most of his professional career overseas before wrapping up his career in the NBA Developmental League.
His daughter, Jade is one of best class of 2023 shooting guard/small forwards in girls Texas high school basketball.
Jade led Austin High Maroons to historic seasons lately and she plays for her mother, Emerald Amen who is the Lady Maroons head coach.
