Let’s talk about that very popular phrase we hear everywhere: “my truth.”
Now don’t get me wrong—your experience is real. Your feelings are valid. Your pain matters.
But feelings don’t get to vote on truth.
Because here’s the problem with “my truth”: it collapses the moment it bumps into someone else’s “my truth.”
If your truth says up and my truth says down, somebody’s wrong—or truth just clocked out for the day.
