Meet Brie, a Celiac Health Coach who can not only help get your gut feeling better, but help get your mental and physical health on track!

Brie was diagnosed with Celiac Disease back in 2016 and just didn't know what to do. So she did what most of us do...nothing
Until 2019 when it started getting really bad and she knew that now she needed to find a way to live with this.  With 0 help from anyone, she started her own baking on instagram and showed the world how to eat gluten-free!

We dive into how she became a health coach and all of the ways she helps change peoples lives.
From sleeping better to proper movement, this episode gets to the bottom of who should eat gluten-free and who would want to.
