Wondering how to better manage menopause and not deal with all those nagging side effects, well in this episode Beth is going to walk us through how!
How it began:
Beth found herself suffering from colitis and figured out a way to work with her doctor on finding a natural approach to help alleviate her symptoms. They did this through food journaling and she even got herself into remission.
In her success, she went on to becoming a trainer and even getting her own gym open. She did this all at the age of 51. And right in the middle on this, she was having all the fun menopause symptoms from weight gain to hot flashes.
So she wondered, if she food journaled, could she figure out her trigger foods for her menopause symptoms. Her answer, was yes!
She put together tons and tons of journals, and was able to figure out how to give herself a hot flash.
With this new knowledge, Beth wanted to help spread her methodology to other women to show them that they can be symptom free too.
