Three Tips To Achieving Your Goals
Trying to lose weight? Maybe bulk up?
How about just eating less?
Here are my 3 Steps to achieving your goals!
1. Plan
Have a plan of action. No goal can get accomplished if you don't have a plan. Just saying you will doesn't keep you accountable and it will never come to fruition.
Instead have a plan and write it down! Take that plan and put it somewhere you will always see it. Maybe on your frig.
2. Track
Tracking is KEY. Without tracking you will never truly know yourself.
Maybe you eat more calories than you admit to yourself. Maybe you don't sleep like you thought you did! Keep yourself accountable and track everything!
Things I track for my 30 day challenge: Calories, Protein, Steps, Water, Sleep, Happiness, Stress, Good Deeds, Exercise, Meditating, and Whoopsies.
3. Execute
Just do it! There is always a tomorrow, but tomorrow will never truly come. So start today.
