Is Pilates more then just core and glutes?
What exactly is a reformer and why does it look scary?
Meet Amy Hirsch
Owner of Precision Pilates
Amy went to school for exercise science and eventually feel in love with Cardiac Rehab. This job inspired her to get her masters degree and really dive into all about the human body, but something was wrong. She noticed as the years went by she was spending more time on the computer and less with people.
This lose of connection, along with realizing they needed a better Pilates teacher, drove her to become an instructor.
Taking on this relatively new form of exercising, Amy eventually found her way into owning her own place in Smithtown, NY
