Eunice was the mother of Paul’s protege, Timothy. We’re first introduced to her in Acts 16:1, but it’s not until later, in 2 Timothy, that we learn her name.
“Paul came also to Derbe and to Lystra. A disciple was there, named Timothy, the son of a Jewish woman who was a believer, but his father was a Greek.”
