Deborah warned Barak that if she went with him in battle that a woman would get the credit for victory over Sisera. We would assume she meant herself, but it was Jael who defeated Sisera.
While Sisera slept, Jael grabbed a tent peg and a hammer and drove the peg into his temple, killing him in his sleep.
