Okay, I'm not a professional cleaner, and I definitely AM NOT an expert in systems... I'm only sharing this with you today because I find that many of my young mom clients are too overwhelmed with all the things to do- that they can't find the time to work out.

That was me six months after my first... He'd nap, and I'd think, "Should I bake muffins?!" "Should I clean my bathroom?" "Should I workout?" "Should I NAP?!"
