Meditating on your own skull may seem a little strange, but it's a great technique for relaxing, becoming aware of the gift of life, and feeling a sense of security that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. This meditation is also helpful for letting go of ruminating thoughts as you focus your awareness on a specific part of your body. And, if you needed reminding, strange can be fun...try it!
