At the beginning of each of Michael Flynn's ReAwaken tour visit they blow a Shofar (a ram's-horn trumpet used by ancient Jews in religious ceremonies and as a battle signal). They do this because there is a belief that they are in a spiritual war against their political opponents. Many equate this level of theocratic theatre with the term Christian Nationalism, but the rabbit hole goes much deeper.
Josh and Will journey down this rabbit hole and talk with one of the foremost experts on the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and Dominionism, Professor André Gagné. They discuss the origins of the NAR, and how its goal of gaining Dominion over seven "mountains" of influence in western society can disrupt the pluralistic order of our society.

He has a conjoint PhD from l'Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) and l'Université de Montréal, His teaching and scholarship focus on political theology, religious and political violence, the Christian Right, Neocharismatic-Pentecostalism, Evangelicalism, and the interpretation and reception of the Bible.
