A building that has Integrity lasts. It stands up against all types of weather, all types of circumstances. It lasts for centuries.
A person with Integrity also lasts. Such a person can stand up in the eye of the storm, against all difficulties and survive and thrive. Such people are admired. They inspire us. They are successful.
I have been, for many years, influenced by Buckminster Fuller's brilliant quote: "Integrity is the essence of everything successful".
