In this week's episode, I discuss the global epidemic of mental health challenges.
Many, many references are made to this epidemic of mental health challenges. Cases are increasing from all reports from government and non-government bodies. Problems such as depression, suicide, tendencies to suicide, grief, hopelessness, despair, loneliness. It can be overwhelming for many. It is overwhelming for many.
And what I'm sharing with you today is for you or for somebody you know, who may be suffering from these challenges. I have good news. I have a way out of these challenges, to minimize these challenges. I have nine helpful, practical and simple steps that anyone can use. These are for you or those you love or care about.
