The first Sunday of December brought the opening sermon in our Christmas series "The Gift". We all love giving and receiving gifts during the Christmas season, but there was one gift from God that would change the world forever: His son Jesus.
Although we could never repay the Father for this gift, the first message in our series highlights the 3 gifts given to baby Jesus by the Magi soon after His birth: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. We learn about the symbolism and significance found in the gift of gold.
