Description

The lack of touch made my heart & muscles harden.   

I couldn't explain the feeling very eloquently, but it was like my body just needed to know itself.  It needed to experience itself, and it couldn't without bumping up against another human.  

I'm talking about the time my husband and I broke up.  It was very disorientating.  

When infants are starved of touch their physical and mental development slows down...

...and honestly, I think adults are the same.
