Nick was not the most confident of 14 year olds. Perhaps 3 out of 10. And now he's got a highly responsible job in the police force. He talks openly about his school days and about how he has progressed in a career that he has found very rewarding. It certainly hasn't been an easy journey but now he has a happy family life, plays golf and is much more confident than he was. Nick is very aware that young people thinking about how their lives might pan out often don't have role models who can help them move forward. Nick's story is well worth a listen.
