I met Sue when one of the schools I led decided to build a new sixth form centre. We turned to Sue's company for help.
Sue always wanted to be an architect. She knew from a very young age. Perhaps the plan wasn't to be running her own company whilst still in her 20's - but that's what happened. Sue is an architect but also a manager and a leader. She's an exceptional role model for anyone interested in a career in architecture. But even if you aren't considering that option it's still worth listening to Sue.
