Fear ~ its blessings and adversities;
Fear is a natural human emotion/response. Each and everyone of us experiences fear in our lifetime. What matters most is how we respond to fear. We can mitigate its impact on our actions, hopes, dreams and forward progress. First though, we need to understand the anatomy of fear, what part of its baring journey we are responsible for, the circumstantial elements that we can shift, and those that are beyond our control. When fear globules in our energy field become persistent, we tend to lose the sense of self, we become distracted by its tenacious force and can lose control. How do we release from the vortex force of its continual pull?
