" *Appropriate and Well timed Rain* " Tuesday, 4 August 2020.
‘If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them, (4) *then I will give you rain in its season* , the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. Leviticus 26:3-4 NKJV
Shalom beloved!
Whoever comes to God must believe that He's a faithful rewarder of those who seek Him diligently. We can expect that He will give rain in its season. This speaks of the good timing and appropriateness of His blessings. He rules time but is never ruled by time, He changes seasons and remains unchanged and Jesus our LORD and saviour died in due time.
For an agrarian economy, as it was then, this was not an ordinary promise. Observe that
* Rains are from the LORD. If He withheld it, there was no other giver;
* A lot of resources and efforts are required to provide alternative water supply where there's no rain;
* Rains are best in their Seasons, not too early or late;
* The rains affected the entire chain of production; etc.
Like the rain God gives,
* He knows all you need for life and godliness;
* He knows the futility of trying to save ourselves;
* He knows our principal needs, that which will create and enhance a chain of blessings and productivity in your life; and
* He knows the best season to release it so it will do you good all the days of your life.
I pray for you and your loved ones that you will experience the rain of God in season, it will come just when you need it, appropriate and sufficient for the seasons of your life;
2. May the Lord give you a rain blessing that will produce chain reaction of mind boggling breakthroughs;
3. May the Lord bless you with all things that pertains to your life and godliness;
