" *My Fruitfulness Comes from Jesus!* " Thursday, 20 August 2020.
John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for *without Me you can do nothing* ”
"O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? I will answer him and care for him. I am like a green pine tree; *your fruitfulness comes from me* ." - Hosea 14:8, NIV
Shalom beloved!
I just thought to remind you from Hosea 14:8, NIV, that:
1. the Lord will care for you. He cares for you as the vine by causing His life to flow into and through you as you stay connected to Him. He cares also as the vine-dresser when he prunes and makes you more fruitful
2. every good and perfect gift, all the fruits and graces of the Spirit and all good works comes from the Lord. Without Him, His strength and influence, we can do nothing that is of eternal significance. Thankfully, we can also do all things through Him!
*Staying connected* , not labouring in the flesh or by carnal efforts, but *abiding in the Vine is the primary key!* It is as we stay connected to Him, the Source of our fruitfulness, that we draw out nutrients and derive the principles and power to *consistently* and *uninterruptedly* bear and sustain our fruits.
Because He cares for you, *I pray for you* , you shall not be ashamed in this life and in eternity; you shall not perish but will have eternal life; the works of the wicked that have been destroyed in your life will not dominate you neither shall anyone snatch you out of His hands; you will be nourished, fruitful and luxuriantly display the splendour of the Lord in Jesus name!
*Say with me again* : LORD, I acknowledge and affirm that without You I can do absolutely nothing! I choose to abide in You! I choose to be fruitful in every detail of my life! I choose to grow into the fullness of the stature of Jesus Christ; I depend on You Jesus and I receive into every detail of my life Your pruning, provisions and principles in Jesus name!
