*The Hand of God* ! Monday 1 June 2020
"For I was ashamed to request of the king an escort of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy on the road, because we had spoken to the king, saying, " *The hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek Him,* but His power and His wrath are against all those who forsake Him." (Ezra 8:22)
Shalom beloved,
The child of God does not have God as an enemy, accuser nor an adversary. God is for him and if God is for you as His child, who can be against you.
However, I believe that God will show that He is for you in a very special way this month and He will cause His hand to be on you for good therefore you shall not be ashamed!
Have you boasted about God? You should and it will “provoke” divine interventions.
This calls for you and me to timidly shrink from whatever might discredit God’s name and contradict our boast of/in Him. In the context of today’s text, we must shy away from whatever might contradict our boast of God!
Therefore, I pray for you and your loved ones that today, this week, throughout this month and beyond may the Lord’s hand be on you for good;
2. in the face of difficulties may your actions and appeals not contradict your profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and may you never be ashamed;
3. may the LORD look with mercy on you and grant you His kind of peace, within and without, for a productive life;
4. may the Lord continue to make you a show room for the display of His glory!
5. may the Lord go before you into the month of June in Jesus name.
