This week I am going slightly off topic by speaking to Blaine, an ex drug user and substance misuser. Blaine and I share our experiences about the mental health system and what it means for young (ish) men like ourselves to be living under the cloud of mental health and whatnot.
Blaine and I are from quite different walks of life and yet we have so much in common. I wanted to use my platform to showcase this to others; Especially men who tend not to talk about their feelings.
