The problem: a store selling "hip" clothing has idiot customers hang out on the the sidewalk for days to get the bargains. Some customers sincerely need this junk at rip-off prices to brag to their friends, while others buy to "flip" the sneakers and crap online. Either way, the rowdy street kids pick fights, piss in the streets, and even OD while waiting to get in. The new store is upsetting the old neighborhood and its residents, and politicians have done nothing. Enter...JULIE NEWMAR, who owns a building on Fairfax and decided to use her celebrity clout to call attention to the issue. The solution: February 19, 2018, the creepy store has hired more security, and made it possible for customers to sign up to get in, rather than make them camp out for days outside.
