Started out with some into on the Corona Virus and more particularly on Liposomal Vitamin C, what it is, why it works so well, the theory behind it's effectiveness and the necessary ingredients.
Got off into more of the general 'basics' discussion trying to prove points of illustration to Code.
John came on at the last but the discussion was so lively he was partially marginalized.
