Took today to go into more basics on how legal systems stand along, combine and evolve.
Must of today's show spent describing the concept and appliction of a group of remedies labeled "Self Help Remedies" from the Babylonian Merchant Code. How they are set up, why and how they can be abused and weaponized to be the first foot of tyranny.
Rome's law changed via this mechanism and the effect it had and has on us today.
