"Citizenship" In Wiki & In Depth Tax System and Process Discussion

Started off reading an interesting description of "Citizenship" from Wikipedia. Interesting enough they included quite a accurate section of 'state citizenship' withOUT telling us they'd changed the label of such.
That led into quite a discussion on our tax system. It's origins in 1285 in England, how it operated then and how it has been changed in ensnare the innocent serfs.
