James, one of our new listeners from the Spingola interview joined us today. He had some confusion about American Samoa and their totally 'unique', 3rd political status. Thought we explained it to him well.
James applied via another program but uses his passport card while driving. He has been stopped several times and 'let go' ONLY by using the passport card.
The regulars joined in and we talked about the founding history of the country. The "C" v "c" citizen designation and other basics.
