Hello fellow humans!
Welcome back to Meditation Monday. Today's show is a little different in that it's the first solo podcast since the intro. I wanted to just let things out that I needed to get out about my previous week. Mainly talking about the stresses of my week, how I'm trying to handle overcoming a very scary situation that I put myself into, and really just taking a step back on life and reflecting.
My hope is that there's a bit of useful information in there. Perhaps, you can also resonate with the struggles that life throws at us when we least expect them. Hopefully this can spark a series of thoughts and ideas in your own brain that'll let you come to some sort of helpful resolution about how you react to stress and conflict.
