Namibia has seen in the last few weeks political parties going to companies to address issues of employees. These have been seen when the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters visited a couple of companies in what it called addressing challenges faced by employees with their employers. Former Executive Director at the Namibian Ministry of Labour Bro-Mathew Shinguadja, explained to In the Newsroom that there are labour laws in place which clearly stipulate on how matters between employers and employees should be handled.
