Description

One of the most significant issues I notice when people fall off track is that they get caught up in mistakes.

They beat themselves up; they call themselves names, and they think that they have to kick themselves when they're down or that they have to try harder when it may not be the case.

When you fall off track, that is an opportunity to learn from that mistake, not to beat yourself up and feel bad.

It's a chance to learn and continue to make progress, and avoid future mistakes.

You will make much more progress if you look at your mistakes differently.
