In 2006 the FBI received an envelope postmarked from Las Vegas. Inside was an anonymous letter where the writer confessed to being the contract killer in the unsolved murder of Seattle Washington prosecutor, Thomas C. Wales. But whether the letter writer really was the perpetrator is still undetermined twenty years later. Many theories have circulated about who could have written it, and whether or not the letter is actually related to the case at all, so we'll lay out all the theories and let you decide…..
