An investigation is continuing into a burglary at St. Molaise Church in Cliffoney earlier this week.
During the course of the incident, thieves broke into the church and subsequently made off with a safe containing a sum of money.
Substantial damage was also caused to some of the interior of the church.
The break-in happened at around 7pm on Sunday evening last.
