Leitrim anti-fracking campaigners have vowed to create a blockade should a liquefied natural gas facility in Munster get the green light.
The Government has until next month to decide whether or not support the terminal.
Meanwhile a protest took place outside the Dail yesterday in opposition to the plans.
Manorhamilton Cllr Eddie Mitchell was at yesterday's demonstration and has warned that should the site get planning, it'll effectively be the Government walking away from its climate obligations:
