Disappointment has been expressed over the amount of Sligo applications rejected for humanitarian following the effects of Storm Eowyn.
Some of those who have been denied are people who went without power for over two weeks.
The scheme was set up in the aftermath of the storm, but is now facing calls to be reopened.
