The Housing Minister is under pressure to provide clarity on his plans for local authorities to rezone lands for residential use.
Under the plans, the likes of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal County Councils would reopen their County Development Plan and rezone a lot of lands for house building.
But Sligo Leitrim Fine Gael TD Frank Feighan thinks that for Councils, there are a lot of questions yet to be answered.
He spoke in the Dail this afternoon while responding, the Taoiseach Michael Martin says it is expected the more information will be provided shortly:
